Debra M. was excellent in assisting me to resolve confusion when entering travel dates. Unfortunately, when I entered the dates of the policy and did not use the drop down feature the system took the manually entered dates. Upon submission, the system defaulted to the current date and deleted the manually entered travel dates. I called right away to have the policy revised and Debra assisted me in establishing a new policy and confirming cancellation and refund for the incorrect travel dates.
