I don't know who this guy Tonatiuh (Tony!) is, but whoever is in charge, give him a raise!! I made an error with the policy I bought, phoned up to try and change it, but couldn't, HOWEVER Tonatiuh talked me through the process of cancelling and refunding my original policy as well as completed the form online for me for the 'correct' policy. If anyone wants to know what good customer service looks like, just ask Tony!! (Tonatiuh).
Debra was super helpful in organising our insurance. I was having some issues online and it was difficult managing based in Australia. Debra sorted everything and I felt good knowing everything was in place for my son who is studying in the USA.
