This is my second review for this…

This is my second review for this company. I left a one-star review in June 2025 because they had shipped only half of an order I had placed in April, and I couldn't reach them to get them to resolve it. However, a few weeks ago I unexpectedly received the missing item. Kudos to them for making good on it.

Okay.

Quality is good for a lathe cut, but it smells terrible. the smell is so bad I cant even conceal it with a sleeve or anything. Quality is pretty hit or miss. I ordered two, and the first one was not very good the second was great, i guess it depends whether they make ur record right after they clean the machine or last which determines how good the quality is. I will order again because I like the idea of ordering custom records, but for price and quality, there are probably better options

Pros & Cons

Pros: easy creation process, great options, fair price. Cons: the album jacket feels like plastic/vinyl, and lacks the integrity of paper stock or cardboard.

Run fast the other way

Run fast the other way and keep your sanity and money safe. Maybe it's a crapshoot, but three out of three bad experiences is hard to find a silver lining in. The graphics/printing output is enviable, but the sound output can be iffy, and the customer service is downright deplorable. "We'll get back to you soon" is a promise that rarely, if ever, happens.
