Better energy and focus!

I do feel a difference when using your Ion bottle. It’s easy to fill and quickly charge. I enjoy the size and weight of the bottle. It’s not too heavy or cumbersome. I do wish that you would create different directions; Your current directions are not very clear. A quick video link as to how to set up the product would be simple enough to include.

One of the two bottles we bought leaks…

One of the two bottles we bought leaks around the base. When you pour into a glass it leaks. We don’t feel any different at this point. Also, I bought two bottles at full price, after I checked out up popped an offer of buy one, get a second half off. I wasn’t offered that savings even afterwards.

I have not needed to interact with…

I have not needed to interact with customer service, so this is about the product. I am loving the bottle. I am experiencing more energy and the water tastes better than the water I have at home and that is filtered. I find I am drinking more water than before. Keep up the good work.

Non-existent customer service (ie zero response to emails)

I cannot comment on the bottle, as I didn't receive it. This review is about their customer service. I emailed them 3 times (to say that the shipping tracking showed it stuck in transit somewhere) and did not receive even an acknowledgement of receipt, let alone a reply. I made them aware that my next step would be taking action externally and still nothing. In the end, the only thing open to me was to instigate a claim through my bank (I live in England). This has resulted in a refund and still I have had zero communication from IonBottles (other than constant "How are you enjoying your bottle", coupons and various other guff). Bye bye IonBottles.

I’m really enjoying my IonBottle!

I’m really enjoying my IonBottle. I don’t know if it’s the “placebo effect” or not, but I do seem to feel better, more energetic, when using it regularly! I love the design and ease of use. The digital display and ‘beep’ to let you know it’s ready are great, though a few beeps would be more helpful than just one… if I’m in another room, I don’t always hear it beep. Customer service is prompt and helpful. All in all, I’m happy I made the investment.

My water bottle no longer holds…

My water bottle no longer holds pressure , and does not pop open like it did the first 3 days I had it, I've been trying to get a refund, but have not been emailed back on it.

Love the product and it easily fits into my routine. The only downfall is I’m always afraid I’m going to break it. I think I’m going to have to buy a sleeve. Other than that….. love it!

replaced our hydrogen water pitcher

When our older pitcher developed some discoloration on the silver disk (even though I cleaned it every weekend), Ion Bottles gave us a big discount to get a 2nd pitcher. Now I will also do the descaling procedure every week. Thank you for the generosity.

Tastes like chemicals. The bottle has cheaply made parts in it. I’m drinking chemicals and plastic. Felt no difference.

The instructions are the worst I've experienced in my lifetime. Bobby, you shouldn't have put this info out and call it instructions. However, Andreah made a difference and emailed me step by step instructions which more questions keep popping up as I go along so ill email her again and she always respond in a timely manner

Exceptional customer service

I reached out with a concern that was out of normal warranty guidelines and as a goodwill, Andreah provided coverage for 1/2 the cost of a new one. I've had a couple issues and customer service is top notch and have recommended this product for this reason! Keep up the great work!!

I’m a return customer to ion bottles

I’m a return customer to ion bottles. I had a few issues with my Pro model. I was asked to make a video send it in, which I did and I was helped step by step on how to resolve my issue which was the violet light at the bottom was not illuminating in a full circle which I’m assuming aids in the hydrogenation of the water. Again the team assisted me every step of the way in ultimately replacing my Pro model. I will definitely buy from this company again and refer anyone to check out their products. 💯% satisfied!! 👏🏼

I have been using an Ion Pro bottle for 2 years now. My inflammation marker on my blood test really dropped. My dr was surprised. When I had a problem with my bottle I contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly. I tested the water with a hydrogen meter and it reads .868 ppm. I hope that’s good.
