Two bottles of MOTS-c gone
Lost two bottles of MOTS-c (purchased from them) within hours of reconstituting them with room temp BAC water (also purchased from them). Both bottles turned to a clear gel. Reached out to their customer service with my concern and was told I should have added a specific kind of acid to MOTS-c. That was news to me. When asked if that useful info is noted on their website, they said no. I mentioned that MOTS-c I have purchased from another company/website has had no issues staying reconstituted/in liquid form for days now…using the same BAC water that was used on ION’s MOTS-c. They didn’t offer to provide a refund of those 2 vials or send replacements. Buyer beware.

Sooo disappointed💔
Sooo disappointed. I was a new-ish customer, purchased a couple times and even won a store credit giveaway from a third party who is affiliated with Ion. When I used my store credit, I paid the difference with one of my credit cards, and that resulted in it getting hacked. I knew it was from this purchase because I don’t use that card much and it had been a while since I had. I had read some previews reviews about cc fraud happening to others after purchasing from Ion but I assumed they got it all fixed because they still had good reviews. So in conclusion, their product is great but you cannot trust their payment systems. 💔
I love the customer service here and I love how much topical stuff they are adding. I have ordered the shampoo and conitioner ,Reta, snap 8-ghk cu syrums, PDRN little face beads, Gluta Bucal strips, face wash which is amazing. The only thing that my hair did not approve of was the shampoo but I love love everything else I have bought so far. I have so far had a great shopping experience with the CC I have used and so far have never had a problem with weird charges . I hope I never do. The delivery is fast and the products always so far have come in in good shape. Thanks Ion for your awesome customer service. You Rock1

Fraudulent charges/missing reviews
There was multiple reviews here that customers credit cards received fraudulent charges in July 2026 after purchases and now they are all missing. Came here to report that after my purchase in beginning of July two weeks later a $600 Fraudulent charge appeared on my cc. I have been in contact with 4 other people who experienced the same thing.

Shipping and Customer Support
Ion was the 1st company I got my research material through. They were always fast and reliable.
My cc and debit card was compromised back in February through them. My cc issue was resolved through cc company but my debit card hasn't been yet.
I continued to use them spending money every month. Then the 4th of July sale.
I spent $300 and it was supposed to be 2 day shipping.
My first tracking ticket was canceled by ion and another issued. Days passed and I looked on the FedEx site my package was stuck still in Georgia.
I contacted ion about the items sitting in over 100° weather b12 ,lipoc , ghk kpv snap 8 anyway they said its okay basically didn't care. (b12 and lipo c are sensitive to heat) I continued with ion because of the fast shipping but now it seems like they aren't concerned about quality of the products once received.
I ordered on July 3rd and received all my stuff July 13th hot jars of liquid im afraid to use now. Safe handling and use is #1 in this space. There's no room for guessing thats why I don't do overseas.

Well I am seeing a lot of mixed reviews and I believe people are not reconstituteing their peptides correctly and do not know how to mix them properly. As far as the credit card fraud. I have not experienced that yet and hopefully I don't. But the products I have ordered and used, worked. I do think they should provide some tutorials on how to reconstitute peptides with their products so people can experience the full benefits.

I've ordered from this company multiple times now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them. The products have always been top quality, the pricing is some of the best I've found, and the customer service is outstanding. They're quick to answer questions, orders ship fast, and everything has always arrived exactly as expected.
After trying several different sources, this has become my go-to. It's hard to find a company that consistently delivers great products while also treating their customers so well, but they do exactly that. I ordered from ion in April and may then my card was hacked for almost $3500.00 not worth the trouble I only used it to order there. Not worth all the trouble of canceling card getting new one I will order from else where

I will not use ion anymore
I will not use ion anymore, as several others have mentioned credit card fraud. Ion was the last purchase I made on my credit card and several weeks after doing so I have fraudulent charges appearing on this card that was not used anywhere else. Ion needs to address this issue.

Hey Phillip! It sounds like you likely ordered from a fake profile on Tiktok, Telegram etc. We ONLY sell on our website, IonPeptide.com. We do not have ANY social media accounts. There are numerous fake social media accounts pretending to be us and unfortunately scamming users.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company, they have COAs to prove their authenticity, the support is extremely prompt and the products are reasonably priced. Even since starting to buy things from here the website has improved considerably and added new products I couldn't find elsewhere. Shipping was incredibly fast as well.
This is my first time doing research with this company but, so far the payment process was great ! Research products are very innovative and improved. Once I receive my research products will give a true review of them. Customer Service was A plus. Looking toward to the future with ION.
