My experience with IRA Financial has been great because of Nelza my IRA ROBS advisor. Nelza has been very helpful supportive and extremely knowledgeable on the ROBS process with me. Nelza has also been very available to my call requests.
IRA Financial is doing very well with have a very certified, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable staff to make the ROBS process easy and reliable. IRA Financial also has very good informational videos on ROBS.

I had an excellent experience working with Nelza throughout my ROBS transaction. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable.
Nelza handled my request quickly and kept the process moving forward by consistently following up and making sure I had everything I needed. Her instructions were always clear and easy to understand, which made a complex process much less stressful.

Great experience with IRA financial
Great experience with IRA financial. Nelza did an outstanding job answering all my questions and guiding us through the complex process for our transactions. She was incredibly patient when we had to put a few things “on pause” due to an unexpected family death. She was kind and never pushed us to hurry up. She was very understanding and followed up on the timeframes we requested. Great customer service! I’ve worked with other self directed IRA companies and really enjoyed my experience to date with IRA financial & Nelza.
