Warranty does not cover shipping cost and customs charges.

Purchase the Roboup on Amazon Canada. I needed warranty repair service and contacted company and they said the warranty does not cover shipping cost and customs charges from Canada to the US and from the US back to Canada. I have to paid shipping and customs cost which is about $800.00 Canadian both ways. Why are they selling on Amazon Canada saying a three warranty. They keeps telling me they are currently working on expanding there service coverage in Canada to make the repair process more convenient for Canadian customers. What a bunch of crap. I would give them a zero star rating. Do not buy there mower if you live in Canada they do not stand by there warranty,

Year 3 of using the RoboUP T1200 Pro.

Year 3 of using the RoboUP T1200 Pro. The mower works as advertized. Accuracy of the positioning is ~10 cm and when I draw the boundary too close to a step it has gotten stuck a few times. Rain detection works fine, as the sensor is on top of the mower the small sensor well needs to dry out before cutting can re-commence. I had a problem with the charger after a year which made the RTK-station malfunction, after contacting customer support they sent a new one free of charge which was impressive! The app UI is OK and can be polished, it works but text alignment etc is not "pixel perfect". Obstacle detection usually works fine. The part that takes a few trials is understanding how to draw a map and place the base station and docking station for good RTK signal and mowing navigation.

Worse mower

Worse mower - never works - contacted company and they said remove my reviews and they will refund me. No I want others to know about what crap they are selling.

Roboup T1200pro

I've had my first Roboup (T600) from kickstarter for about 10 month when I decided to upgrade to the T1200pro. The T600 found use on a much smaller garden now. It worked fine and the lawn looks much better now than in the 'old times' with the traditional mower because of the 2 day mowing schedule. That was the plan: to stop mowing by myself. We had an issue with an OTA update. However, the service people at Roboup replied to my email fast and the issue was solved. Thanks for that. I'm satisfied with the product and the service and if ask if I would buy it again I can only say yes.
