The equipment arrived as expected, was very easy to use, and the sleep study went well. This could have been 5 stars, but after 3 weeks I am still waiting for my report. This is necessary to consult with my doctor and is needed for my DOT physical which is due.

no communication been 3 days since I did my test still have not heard anything so I called left a callback request tired of sitting on hold

They might not be waiting just for you to call, but they'll get back to you asap

Once I got a hold of someone, it was well worth the wait, and Juanita took not just my money, but good care of me and my order for spare parts to match my equipment thanks

Salena Valdez was incredibly helpful and understanding whenever I had questions. World class customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: after completing the study I found out that this company will not write a prescription for you; you may only buy their products. I feel this is very misleading to the consumer and should be more conspicuous on their website. I will stand by what I said before the actual study, but overall would not recommend.

Isleep representatives unprofessional, unethical, and incompetent

I need to get a machine for severe sleep apnea. A week ago, my doctor faxed an order to Isleep, and I called to verify they had received it. Their representative told me then (7 days ago), it was being processed, and they would contact me when they received approval from my insurance. I heard nothing from Isleep after a week, so I called only to find Isleep had made no effort to contact my insurance, and I had been lied to (which was confirmed by my insurer). It set my care for my sleep apnea back by over a week. I decided to see if I could find a company that doesn’t lie to its customers.
