ISRAJETS

Israjets made it easy

Israjets made it easy to make reservations for our family and include our golden retriever. Everything went smoothly and communication was clear. When there was a weather related delay Israjets kept me updated and made adjustments in the arrangements. And kindly included a treat. It was a pleasure doing business with Israjets.

Excellent for complex travel

Not only was the corporate concierge 100% attentive and accommodating to our needs, the dispatch services and experienced pilot (40+ years of experience) made this multi-leg trip seamless and effortless. Would highly recommend for travelers that have more complex needs than can be satisfied by commercial flight.

Excellence In Every Way

First class courtesy, service and professionalism exhibited by the entire organization at all times. From flight arrangement and booking to the actual flying experience and timely arrival at my destination...it was excellent.

Stress-Free Travel and Outstanding Service

I had an excellent experience working with IsraJets. Juan helped me book a flight, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. He took care of every detail, making everything incredibly easy and stress-free. I was also traveling with my pet, and their team went above and beyond to ensure both of us felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and personalized service made the entire experience truly special. The communication was outstanding, the booking process was smooth, and the flight experience itself was perfect. I highly recommend Juan and IsraJets to anyone looking for a great experience with exceptional customer service. I look forward to booking with him again for future trips.

The company had me and my dogs flight setup for June 7th.

The company had my flight setup for me to pay after many days of looking with Jaun Carlos at their company. On day of giving me the wiring information to book my trip I signed for . He never texted me back with any wire information to oay. Only to hear back from him the next morning saying, "my flight had been removed because the plane needed maintenance and offered a 25k plane in place of my 14,950.00 plane i locked in by signature. The ceo Alex was supposed to have reached out to me with a resolution. Only to never hear from him . I sent numerous emails stating if they were stranding me and my dog at the last second. To provide proof my plane was being called to maintenance or give me an alternative similar seeing I locked that one in online with them. Juan mislead me as well as left me and my dog stranded. Who does that kinda business. Be warned this company did it to me. BBB is next . Lawyer will follow that.

Flight was delayed because of a safety issue. They contacted us as soon as they found out. They found another jet and we still got home a few hours late. Thank you

Love our experience

My wife and I have talked about traveling private and finally took our first flight with Israjets and couldn't have been a better experience. We have since booked 2 more flights. The last flight my wife wanted to come home early to catch our grandsons little league game, the pilots Peter and Andrew said no problem, and we were able to leave early to make the game. Will never go back to the cattle call airlines again. So much more convenient.

Timeliness

Timeliness; pleasant, professional crew; airplane cleanliness. Thank you

We’re not the typical clientele

We’re not the typical couple you’d expect to book a private flight. We chose to fly this way because we recently relocated and we have two dogs whose weight is borderline for cabin travel on commercial flights. We didn’t want them to fly in the cargo hold, so we decided to invest in a private flight to keep them with us for the entire journey. Overall, the service experience was excellent. We received answers to every question we raised, and we genuinely felt supported, cared for, and well looked after throughout the process. That said, I’d like to raise one important point. Three days before the flight, we were informed by airport security that in order to obtain approval for the aircraft to land and pick us up, we needed a local contact person in the country—someone with a landline telephone and an affiliation with a large institutional organization. For people who regularly fly privately, this may not be an issue. But for independent, self-employed people like us, this requirement was extremely difficult and stressful on such short notice. Not everyone has access to a contact matching such a specific profile, and sometimes it can take weeks to find someone suitable (even my mother, for example, doesn’t have a landline). We also preferred to keep this kind of flight private, so having to involve someone added significant discomfort and pressure. This stress could have been avoided if we had known about this requirement in advance. I strongly recommend flagging this earlier for future clients. As for the flight itself and the overall logistics the terminal experience in our home country, the ground transportation we arranged, the catering, and the security procedures everything was handled extremely well. The crew and pilots were truly kind, warm, and professional. The aircraft was comfortable, although it was a bit narrow, and using the onboard restroom was slightly challenging because of the layout. The dogs were a little unsettled at first, but we managed. We were told there would be items available for the dogs onboard, but there weren’t. It wasn’t a major issue since they were already anxious, but it’s worth noting. The catering was absolutely perfect delicious and beautifully prepared. We’d actually love to know what types of cheeses and cold cuts were included, so we can try to find the same ones ourselves. The landing and the refueling stop were smooth and pleasant, and the final landing was soft and comfortable. Truly, I have nothing but positive feedback about the entire experience, aside from the last-minute local contact requirement. We would like to especially thanks Ximena, Yuval, Noam and Isaac for always being available, and catering to all our questions and needs. I hope we reach a point where we can continue using your services in the future, because for me—as someone with flight anxiety—this was the calmest, most pleasant, and most comfortable flight I’ve ever experienced. Thank you very much for that.
