Great Lesson

This has been a great way to improve my English teachings skills. Lessons were straight to the point and easy to follow. I really hope a letter of recommendation can be given out to first timers to boost our chances of acquiring a job.

Doing the course in a internet challenged country

I was really scared to do this course even though i am a teacher coz my internet skills are not great and in Malawi internet comes and goes, but once i got over my initial fear the video and course notes were really quite fun to go through and not so overwhelming. I made spider diagrams on each section which helped me focus considerably and i set up a whatsapp group and got 3 others to learn with me which meant we encouraged each other - and no we didn't share the answers - do the graft! Sometimes the questions didnt a 100% relate to the text you'd learnt so you had to guess the odd answer here and there. You could have gone on line or read back at the notes but i wanted to be sure I was learning and not cheat my way through! What frustrated and ruined it a bit for me though was that I paid twice for my daughter and couldn't an email, phone number or anyway to contact them to get a refund or transfer the course fee to someone else.

Well structured....

The training has been well structured. The inclusion of videos has been broadened the material. Also, TEFL has been very easy to follow....

TEFL my mentors..

TEFL, i have no enough words to thank you for amazing experience i have acqured. When i consult my friend that i want to register for the course, he mock at me, saying "you always want to go for something that has no benefit to you". Today, i have seen the benefits. For i hsve already start imparting the knowledge i gain to other teachers and motivating them to also take the course. So thank you TEFL, thank you Nadine my course coordinator.

A quick and simple course

A quick and simple course where you can obtain a certificate (non-accredited) that shows you speak English. Online, at your own pace, with a six-month window to completion. The only issue I had was accessing the "add on" feature where I paid for the Cambridge TKT course as well. I eventually got access, after a few days of emails. I don't think this company is based in the U.S. because the material has alot of British spelling. Some weird typos in the course material, but overall a good quick course.

TEFL organization is good.

Hi all, The TEFL organisation is a really fun and easy way of getting your TEFL certificate. I still have to write my final exam, but the in course tests per lesson are not that bad. You have to learn, the tests may be short but they aren't for someone who hasn't done their homework.

A great journey of learning experience...

The whole programme and outline is great. I like the courses and the practical approach to the whole outline which makes it easy to comprehend. My only reservation is the lack of proper system to finding a job after the entire course. It seems to me that I'm back to square one finding the job on my own after carefully studying the course 11 module. I honestly thought that pursuing this programme will better my chances of obtaining a job considering the long years the TEFL Organization has been in operation. I believe the system by now should have created a pool of institutions and schools in several and different countries with vacancies for English Language teachers. The international recognition the TEFL Organization has should be maximized to create links with institutions and schools all over the world to assist them in finding the best teachers for the job thereby creating opportunities for us the certified TEFL teachers to obtain these vacancies or secured jobs. Thank you for the great learning experience.

A Novel Experience

This is a novel experience to learn about online teaching to the children world wide. Such an experience adds to our confidence, happiness and potential. I wish to be a part of such teaching community to teach underprivileged and illiterate children children.

very articulative and written very systematically and the concept is very clear. very well customized and lot of essential for todays teachers .If followed well definitely every single teacher will be an effective and excellent teacher but require more activities to be mentioned in the course . Pursuing EFL Certificate was the best choice ever

I would never think i could be well trained and equipped to teach EFL or ESL. more than ever, i feel confident to start the journey of teaching English for young learners. This course helped me to see the characteristics of a good teacher, how to teach vocabulary, functions, grammar, receptive and productive skills, how to plan a lesson according to each skill and level, and so many other contents covered up. i just wished there was another level of English teaching available. i am so gratefull to all the course staff.
