This one star is the best i can do
This one star is the best i can do. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant, unhelpful.....all good words to use when i think of the "helpdesk". Threats of expulsion and certificate cancellation?! Really? Because i am insisting that i am entitled to the "free buddy passes" which were included in the $99 deal which i bought! No guys! You simply can not deal with your clients this way. Bad, bad service and very poor ethics. Feels like I've been ripped off.

It's been exciting
It's been exciting, going through TEFL training, the courses,helps me in so many areas, such as, building, vocabulary, grammatically, phonologically, it's as well defined the four basic skills, which is speaking writing, reading and listening,. It emphasizes on challenges facing TEFL,teaching and learning, and ways forward in teaching and learning. As a TEFL teacher,we are equipped with all these skills to deliver teaching with, confidence. Honestly
Honestly, taking this course helped me a lot. the video was clearly, excited and helpful. I learnt lot things on the way I'm teaching. I could thank enough but, taking this course gave pushed me to become an International English Teacher. Thanks a lot for the hard-work you're doing. Great job!
In a nutshell: Very helpful
The course involved a helpful mix of visual and verbal learning with a smattering of kinesthetic. I found the lesson on tenses particularly useful and can see how I could use the action words (verbs) to teach word forms and increase students' vocabulary. I could also imagine drawing the mouth during a class to demonstrate where one places the tongue to generate English-specific sounds. I was surprised to learn that English is considered to have Indo-European roots. It was a bit disappointing that the online component constituted just one lesson, but I guess there is no shortage of videos on YouTube where I might pick up tips to smooth the passage, given that most of my experience is based on face-to-face lessons and/or asynchronous online tutoring focused on writing in English.
