Reliable Service and Great Support – Highly Recommend
I discovered ITEMD2R by chance and, after checking their positive reviews, decided to place a small test order (£3.35) to see how it would go. The delivery was quick and smooth, which gave me the confidence to start purchasing everything I needed to fully enjoy the game—especially since these items were far more expensive using in-game currency.
So far, I’ve spent around £400 without any major issues (*yes, I know—it added up quickly before I realised!).
A couple of notes:
1) Only once were my items delivered to the wrong server, but this was promptly resolved, and customer support was excellent throughout.
2) Delivery can be slower during weekends or holidays, but I’m not in a rush, so that’s never been a problem for me.

The delivery was not as fast as stated but it was within 24 hours so be patient and it should all be fine. The prices were amazing and as they did deliver no complaint at all.
This company used to be my favourite and go-to shop when it came to in-game items, and the delivery used to be superfast, but something has changed, my delivery is over 3 hours late (they stated it will be between 5-30 minutes delivery) and I get it, sometimes things get delayed and that's fine, but at least let us know there will be an expected delay! There is no customer support or help to get other than to wait for an email from them "within 12 hours". Joining their discord is useless, it's inactive (only some person posting pictures of half naked men?? ehh?? ) and no help to get there either. Going to sadly have to open a case with Paypal to get my money back. Really disappointed.

I am a player and contacted ESO directly. Below is an excerpt of an email from Elder Scrolls Online support.
