Timely response and delivery!
I initially used another website and waited 24 hours and contacted customer support just for them to tell me it was out of stock. They didn't even want to refund me. Offered me game gold. I tried D2R for the first time and they contacted me and let me know it could take 6-12 hours because of low stock and that if it wasn't delivered within that time they would automatically refund me. They delivered it within 2 hours!

Hi, you can't provide records of our secondary chargebacks, so please don't accuse us falsely, based on my guess, you may be confused about what is a refund record and what is a chargeback record, I suggest you talk to your bank, if you can produce records of our overcharge we can compensate you 10 times, but you shouldn't be able to produce them because every word you claimed is false. If you have any proof you can email us, we really look forward to it, you are the only one out of our tens of thousands of customers who have had problems, that's special, isn't it? Finally, we still recommend you to talk to your bank about your actual debit record, I'm sure you'll finally realize that this is a misunderstanding, by the way, refunds take 3-5 days to arrive.
This site is so good it’s funny
I’m an old school D2 player, so I don’t really have time to grind BOTD or Grief or whatever else - what I do have though, is like 10 bucks to grab the items I want and rip through endgame/build a character that can farm for other gear. These guys delivered some of the rarest stuff in the game in like 35 mins or so. Easy and quick.
