We have been trying to contact you since you left this negative review, but you have ignored all our emails. I would like to address a few things here. First, This looks like a customer service issue, not why sure you would leave this on Trustpilot. Second, the pipe you received is 10" long, exactly as described on the product page you ordered from. Not sure why you were expecting a 4" pipe when you ordered a 10" pipe, and received a 10" pipe. Third, as far as an exchange, of course it can be exchanged, but you never even contacted us in regards to an exchange. In conclusion, like I said, we have reached out to you numerous times in regards to this but you choose to ignore us. Not sure why when we are more than willing to help you get this straightened out.
Arrived when they said it was 3dsys
It was easy to order in excellent condition. It was packed and protected very good. It wasn’t just thrown in a box. It actually showed up when you said it was going to show up. That’s what I liked. The most. It wasn’t a day early wasn’t a day late it actually showed up when you said it was. There’s a lot of companies that say that and they show up a week later, very good price very much satisfied if I need anything else this will be the place I will re-order again thank you so very much. Great shopping experience. Very helpful people. Shipped to me fast too.
great customer service & tech support
I had an issue with a product I ordered and they contacted the manufacturer and put me in touch with them. I RECEIVED a free replacement of the same product from the manufacturer with no hassle or return of the defective product. I sent them photos and video of how the product was not working as it should. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT!
IT'S 420
MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT WITH ITS 420 AND WILL BE PURCHASING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE
No minimum to buy!
I was getting extremely frustrated trying to find a specific piece for my set up. I kept finding it on other websites MUCH cheaper than this one, but, they all had minimum order requirements of 200$ or more or required membership fees, etc. Thanks for charging way more but at least being straightforward with your customers.
They honor what they advertise
I received my order relatively quickly, it could be a little faster, but I’m honestly not complaining. When I opened it, one of my items was damaged sent off an email and a matter of hours had received a reply, confirming what it was which one it was and it was in the mail the same day amazing customer service great prices!
Visited the website
I visited the website and noting actually worked , how do I order ? The images are clicking but it's not redirecting me anywhere how do I get my order in .

Hi Adam, we're not sure why you post this on Trustpilot? I've checked and our website has had zero downtime since Jan 1st. Without more details from you, it sounds like it could possibly be a browser caching issue on your end. I would try a different browser or device. Like said, our site is not down, nor has it been down our inaccessible.

The staff is trustworthy
The staff is trustworthy, thus far and products are exactly as advertised and durable. If ever there's any problem with products ordered, customers need only email them and they're incredibly fast to find a solution. They're polite which means a LOT!! I only wish they had a physical shop in my town! I would possibly be found just hanging out there!! Haha
The order arrived quickly
The order arrived quickly, the tobacco was delicious, I bought it for my hookah at home, and everything matched the description. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product, and the service was excellent.

Look no further, I4:20S is the what you're seeking.
The entire process was quick and easy, right down to the shipping time. all-in-all, I'd recommend, especially since trustworthy merchants/sites can be hard to find- and even harder to vet- these days.
Awesome
