Used item, cheap paint that turns to glitter
1 item came used then blowtorched but you could see stains from something, ew. The other item was painted with something that turned into glitter when trying to bend for dab bong rig. Ghetto stuff...

As we explained previously (by email) to you that the items you received were not used; however, we went ahead and replaced them for you anyway to ensure your satisfaction. It’s also important to clarify how these pieces are intended to be used. You cannot take a blow torch directly to a small decorated glass pipe without damaging it. These items are not designed to be bent/molded/modified or heavily heated with a blow torch, and doing so can affect both the appearance and the finish (as it did), including any dyes or decorative elements. Regarding your comment about the items being “ghetto,” we want to assure you that there is nothing “ghetto” about these products. They are popular standard decorative glass pieces meant for normal use, not for the kind of extensive heat exposure and modifications you described. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, we’re happy to help. Customer Service, It's 4:20 Somewhere

Kinda OK
The light bulb bubbler is nonfunctional. Unless you want to drink water while taking a rip. A little clear glass bubbler functions perfect except for the bowl on. It is literally paper thin and broke after not even second time loading it. Everything was packaged well and made it to me without no problems, but there’s better places to buy from if you’re actually looking for quality. Everything I got was pretty cheaply made.

Thank you for your response to our email and for your kind words; we truly appreciate your note, "Sounds like you went above and beyond and i appreciate it. I'm sorry if i came off as an as%$*le." We were concerned to see your initial review, which is why we reached out immediately to make things right. While we always stand behind everything we sell, glass oil burner pipes can occasionally have a hidden blemish or weak/thin spot that leads to early breakage. We always take care of our customers when these rare issues happen, and we are glad we could quickly ship out a brand-new replacement to you. Thank you again for your business and understanding and for allowing us the opportunity to hopefully turn your experience around. Best regards, It's 4:20 Somewhere

Items came in a timely manner and…
Items came in a timely manner and packaged well so glass didn’t break. Just one concern. A pipe came in different colors but it didn’t allow you to choose the color you wanted. Even in the order notes I notated the two color choices I would like and I got a different color; but other then that five stars.

Hello. First, thank you for your order. On items marked as no color choice, if you do request a certain color, we always honor that request if possible. Unfortunately in this case, neither of the colors you requested were available at time of shipment. Thank you again for your business and understanding in this matter. Colin
Great customer service
Recommended!!
Little concerned at first.
I was impressed with the speed of the delivery but when I opened my bubbler I was first concerned about the durability and quality. Also the size of the bowl and high clise to your face it was but after changing out the bowl and mouth peice for longer ones it has become my new favorite smoking tool. Thank you guys for a quality product.
