I never received any updates on the delivery. Nor any link to track the gift package. It is a birthday gift so it is surely quite special. A bit more transparent process shall be highly appreciated.

Our shipping software automatically sends an email with tracking information when the package ships. On occasion, those emails may get caught in a filter or if the address wasn't entered correctly it bounces back. Customers are always welcome to contact us by phone or email for the tracking information. Upon receiving this review we provided the customer with the tracking information. The gift was shipped the next business day from when it was ordered and delivered the same day this review was posted.

Excellent "Get Well" Basket
Excellent "Get Well" basket for a male (or female), when you don't want to send flowers. Good quality items from my region (Colorado) You can add things like small puzzles in addition to food items and blanket.

Amazing Gift sent to a friend in college ---- she's out of state and the "Big Texas Hug" gift basket was perfect, she was so happy to receive it! Also the shipping was so fast --- I was very happy since it was the first time for me to use Its Only Natural Gifts. I'm definetly using them again to send another special surprise :)

Incredible company and customer service. Not only do they have so many great options for gifts, but the team goes above and beyond. I was having a few issues with an order and they couldn't have been more helpful and done way more than expected to make it right and work the way I needed it to. Highly recommend!!

Ordered a customized bag for my niece to send to her at college. Love the options and the process was so easy. Delivered as expected. It was a big hit for my niece and her roommates. This will be my go-to option when sending gifts in the future!

The item was much smaller than pictured…
The item was much smaller than pictured even though I paid for and added other items. I paid $40 for rush shipping and the item arrived over four days later. I actually arrived in person to the grieving family hundreds of miles away before the item did. The Colorado Hug is such a cute idea and the products looked nice but overall, very disappointed with the size and the delay. One unexpected nice aspect was my message was written out beautifully.

We reached out to this customer for clarification regarding the gift but did not receive a response. We photograph the items in our gift baskets as is and don't alter the sizes. Regarding the shipping, the gift was ordered on a Saturday afternoon and was custom-built and shipped the next business day (Monday) in line with our shipping times. it was sent by the purchased two-day express service and delivered on time on Wednesday.

I can't comment on the gift basket yet since it has not been received. However I was supposed to get 10% off on my first order and I don't believe I did.

We got in contact with the customer and applied the proper discount. If a coupon code doesn't work it isn't applied we are always happy to correct the issues.

I didn’t want the gift card but a note but couldn’t click out of the gift cards. It wasn’t seamless. Love your presentation when I received an order but ordering is a bit awkward.

Great customer service from Sherry.
Great customer service from Sherry. One small suggestion to the company though. One item that they offer is a small botanical, actually it’s a cactus that needs almost no care. I included it in several gift orders. Both recipients told me that it spilled prior to arrival and that the dirt touched other items. I suggest that the plant be packaged separately in a box or bag when it is sent with other items. I continue to give Sherry high marks. Though it is not her company, she deserves high marks for her customer service.
