Whenever I want to make someone important in my life feel special and loved, I know that I can turn to "It's Only Natural Gifts" for the perfect, unique, one of a kind gift! I absolutely love the many quality items that can be added to personalize the gifts, and how easy it is to put something special together. It also seems that the "thank you's" that come my way after a gift from I.O.N. is received, are much more enthusiastic than if their gift had come from another source! I can't wait for my Father-in-law to receive his Father's Day gift - I know he's going to love it! Thanks again for another great experience - I'll be ordering again soon!

This was a gift for a dear friend who’d been the sole caregiver for father the past 3 yrs. Before his passing a few weeks ago She loved it and said she felt cared for and loved even though she’s 1,000s of mikes away and I couldn’t be there in person to support her! Custom bag lady
Tried to create my own Big Colorado Hug bag, but the company computer program had a glitch. The manager responded to my earlier review promptly, explained what had happened and offered to accommodate me by personally adding every item I wanted to my individualized bag. What service! I've bought from this company before and been pleased, and now I'm pleased even more.

Confusing process of add ons
The products looks great - but the process was honestly confusing. It wasn't clear that the "up to 10 items" were add-ons, and once you selected a card - because I thought I had to - I couldn't unselect it and just had to start all over on a different window. $90 for a gift basket without any add-ons is plenty - but now I'm wondering if I sent a Colorado Hug with no products in it because I didn't select any extras?
