What a rip off just got my “thick hoodie” honestly I have warmer tee shirts and my extra large is more like an aus small this brand is a massive scam, buyer beware.

Well first I want to change the stars ⭐️ and instead of 1 ⭐️ I want to give - 2 ⭐️. Really bad quality,nothing close to the fotos on the site. I contacted them and instead trying to resolve the mess, they wanted me to buy another item whit a discount. Just don’t do it! Is Bad.
Scam Site - Avoid
I forgot to use my discount code. I contacted the company straight away and said i wanted to cancel my order, which is my right to do so. They said they already had "labour costs" and cancelling wasn't possible. I only just placed the order. I told them that wasn't acceptable, so they said i could get a refund less 20% handling fee! I charged back on my card, and was refunded. scammers!
Scammer Alert!!!
Please do not buy from this site, they are sellers from China who sells low quality products at expensive price. When you log for return its pain in the ass, almost impossible. I should have verified their website before purchasing the goods, now I have been emailing them back and forth for more than a week for the full refund.
Terrible customer service
One of the t-shirts I ordered wasn't on a cotton t-shirt as described, it was on a stretchy nylon fabric. They offered a replacement so I chose one of the styles of the other t-shirts that was a cotton t-shirt, they said I had to pay $17 for this? I said I didn't want to pay any extra for their error, they have since haggled with me and offered a $3 payment and I can keep the t-shirt that I don't want?! Absolute garbage. Awful customer service, I wouldn't recommend.

Do not buy from this company, they will not refund you if you do not receive your goods or if the quality is not as pictured. I have been trying for months to get a refund for the goods as the quality was terrible, I have offered to send the goods back but they will not tell me how much they will refund me. I was offered a discount if I purchased more from them and $13.00 USD when the value of the returns and what I paid for them was over $95.00 USD. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. SPEAK TO YOUR CREDIT CARD / PAYMENT COMPANY AND PUT IN A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE

Product was left on the street outside my building that has clear signs not to do so and deliver to mail room so my package was stolen and the company only offered me a 2 dollar discount to buy it all again. Scam of a company
Flunky sizing and no return or exchange
I ordered 4 shirts in the same size, only one was accurate, the other 3 were smaller. When I contacted them they told me to keep the shirts and offered me a THREE DOLLAR DISCOUNT... So I cannot get an exchange or a return because of their flunky sizing, instead I get to keep three shirts which I don't want because they are too small and not what I ordered and I get a $3 discount to rebuy the shirts which have a total cost of around $100. Amazing... What a scam. Shadiest place ever. Do not buy here!!!
No refunds, damaged product, removing reviews on their site
I've ordered a Studio Ghibli tee from this site. It came after few weeks damaged (with a hole and a stain). I've talked with customer support which suspiciously sounded like an AI Chatbot and they told me that I should resolve this matter with the delivery service and max they can do is to refund a fraction of the price. Also I've left a review on their site and they've removed it already. Consumers opinions also looks staged. Quality of the t-shirts is good but if you don't want to have such issues order nice t-shirt somewhere else cause it seems shady.
