I was afraid to buy loose stones because they were being shipped from India, however, after receiving my item I realized I had nothing to be concerned about. Will definitely shop with Jasper again. I "won" 2 auctions from this company. Both times I never received the items and I had to initiate contact with Jasper52 for all follow-up. The first time after months of sitting on my money (I paid immediately) the seller determined they could not re-size the ring and I received a refund. This latest time I just flat-out never received the item. There is no follow-up from Jasper52 to make sure the item is delivered. The customer is left in the dark. Be very careful using this auction house. Twice burned. I will never bid with them again.

Jasper52 has many customer relation issues to handle. They claim that a purchase contract from an auction with LiveAuctioneers that has been outsourced to them is not valid and cant explain why they dont ship and insure as of the terms that LiveAuctioneers have with me as a client. They delay to give information on where they sent a parcel and they dont deliver contact details to the listing agent that they clean have the responsibility. They avoid getting back in written on most of these issues and they dont call back as agreed. I now have escalloped this to the CEO of LiveAuctioneers as they have a legal issue created by Jasper52. Poorly handled from start to end. How can one trust Either of these companies when none of them get back and explain why the relationships are not honoured b y them?
I purchased a painting by Claude Vernard. the item was shown on the Live Auctioneers website as being framed. I received the painting on the 5th of January, several weeks after the auction. It was very poorly packaged (that’s an understatement)… and horribly damaged. It was rolled in a makeshift paper and cardboard roll…. It was not in the frame as represented at time of auction sale. A perfectly good piece of artwork destroyed. I buy and sell hundreds of collectible original paintings every year… and this takes the cake. I’ve never seen such utter disregard for art. I’m mad as hell…they should be ashamed. Horrible experience!!!! I emailed Jasper 52 and they have not replied to offer any resolution....not even "I'm sorry". If I handled my business this way...I would be out of business. Not good!
I have started selling with Jasper 52 Fashion About almost 6 years . When I started my items sold Amazingly. I Sell Haute Couture items. That are amazing. I also have many letters of Excellent satisfaction from buyers .Sadly the last 2 years suddenly problems Arose. And in June 2022. It became Horrible !!! When suddenly everything went down the Drain. Very upsetting. Buyers started Complaining of Frauds and uncaring on the part of Management at Jasper. To make the story worse, Jasper decided to combine all the sellers and their different items together into two Auctions one Exclusive (middle to high priced items, and the other Luxury (Highest prices) I have written to them that it's a wrong way and will not work. But they could not care less off outside opinions. I am a High Fashion Model and have graced many Runways since my youth and know alot about Fashion and what works. Buyers are not shopping or even looking at these Auctions and certainly not buying. Managment is very unprofessional and does not know what they are doing . The best Guy Erik Cross that I use to work with is either no longer there or does not answer any complaint. VERY sad that the Best people at Jasper are Gone or non existent. My Auctions went From making $3,000 to more than $5,000 ,per Auction down to Zero.!!! I tried a few Times to re list and give Jasper a Chance But to no Avail. It went from Bad to Worse. ALSO There are many very bad complaints here and with the BBB About Jasper52 and what they are doing . They cannot accept Truth. It also seem they are Selling Fakes on many Categories. And Not resolving Issues. One hand does not know what the other is doing Very Un Professional way to conduct Business. And they get upset when told the Truth!!! And what a Surprise they just banned me from selling For No Reason. I guess because I complained about the Truth. Truth Hurts. !!! I am planning on Suing Jasper Big Time. Beware of this Company. !!! Believe me I know what I am talking about I worked with them for 6 years There are many other platforms that truly care about their Sellers and Buyers. Not Jasper !!!!!!!.RUN RUN RUN

Jasper 52 Live Auctioneers are THIEVES AND SCAMMERS, beware of this company. They post pictures of beautiful items, then once you pay they send you a complete piece of crap., and they don’t care how much proof you send them, I sent pictures of the stone they advertised (and the one I bid on, and paid for) and what they sent, on BBB they have multiple complaints about the same thing., they are completely fake, and dishonest.
I bought a painting and it never came ! I’m out almost 1 thousand dollars and there isn’t even a phone # to get ahold of someone . What a rip off!
