On Liveauctioneers.com, I bid on and won a couple of items from Jasper52 auction, and all went swimmingly from winning the bid to delivery of the items. I was very pleased with the price I paid; the items arrived in short order and beautifully packaged. We did have some correspondence about one of the items, and a member of the Jasper52 team were fast and efficient with their replies. So look out for this auctioneer and, if you bid on their items, feel confident that it will be a good experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE RESCUE!
UPS screwed up the delivery (with multiple attempts to deliver to the wrong address before returning the item to the seller), but Jasper's customer service contacted the seller's (Galerie Prints) customer service, who sent the item to me via Uber. That's good customer service!

Jasper52 will not accept responsibility for lost items in shipment
Jasper52 failed to provide me with my 46 carat emerald which I won in the Fine Loose Gemstone Auction: 305734. Jasper52 accepted no responsibility for the loss and blamed their listing agent. Jasper52 made no attempt to resolve this loss and simply sent me a response back from my two inquiries that the item was loss in shipping and that within 5 to 10 days my money would be refunded. In addition, Jasper52 removed my won listing for the emerald under my Live Auctioneers Won Items to prevent me from writing a negative review immediately, a very deceptive practice. but given Jasper52 accepted no responsibility for the loss, made no effort to resolve the loss, screwed up my Xmas since I won and paid for the item on October 24, 2023, I have decided not to buy anything from them again and will not use live auctioneers again since they have yet to get back to me concerning my complaint and request for them to get involved with Jasper52 to assist with resolving this loss with Jasper52 at least providing me with a similar or like emerald.
