If it was up to me I would give them no stars at all, we've been waiting over 3 months for a set of BW rims and they're still not here and they're blaming it on their port that's their excuse. They can't even text you or email you letting you know that your parts haven't got here yet. You have to call customer service in order to find out.

Refund process is terrible, even on badly manufactured parts.

I ordered brake shoes for my VW Beetle. They would not fit because they were manufactured poorly. I started a refund request, which they approved, but said I had to pay to have them shipped back, which means I'm still out most of the cost of the shoes. I appealed and sent them a video of how it doesn't fit. Their tech team said they needed to inspect it in person. Nope. Also, many of the parts they carry are substandard. Poor manufacturing. Be wary.

Change.\n Everything about the way they do business, saying something is in stock and back ordering it for 3 months to where the customer forgets about it, orders it from their competition at less price gets shipped to them in 4 days is not the way to do business, it's the third time in the row you guys have screwed me over, never an apology.

1962 vw sedan restoration

I'm having my 1962 vw bug restored as original as possible. So far JBUGS has made that happen with parts being easily available. If the part is not for your year of vw, they will let you know. If there's a delay in shipping or delay on a certain part, JBUGS will notify you quickly. Not only are parts available but are also reasonably priced.

The people at JBug are always quick to respond with helpful information. They just told me how to make a wish list so I could group my parts as I’m reworking my vw engine. Fair prices too.

JBugs is amazing

JBugs is amazing. The product manufacturers like EMPI, suck! Nothing they make fits; everything has to be modified. Sick and tired of horrible manufacturers. What other vehicle do you buy parts for that aren't remotely close to fitting? Casting isn't even removed, just crappy quality, and we have to suck it, they are the leading reproduction provider & they suck so bad!

COST, I always feel that the pricing is very reasonable!!! The only thing that irritates me sometimes is the back ordered things.
