JEM Organics Nut Butter

Best almond butter ever

Best almond butter ever! Will never go back to any other kind.

One of the worst customer service…

One of the worst customer service experiences. And they take forever to deliver an order, and then they send an incomplete order, with missing products.

Good product doesn’t justify awful customer service…

I have ordered twice from this company and both times the shipping (which is shockingly expensive) took weeks. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. After my first awful experience I chalked it up to a fluke and gave them another chance because the gift recipient so enjoyed the nut butter. However, I am again left wondering where my gift is nearly 3 weeks after my order. As of yet I’ve received no response to my customer service inquiry. It’s nearly 2026, I genuinely don’t understand why this company thinks it’s a good practice to lie to customers about normative delivery times and provide ineffectual customer service. They should be able to do better and despite the extent to which my recipient likes the product I can’t support this company with another order.

My favorite nut butter!

I love JEM products! They forgot one of my nut butters. So I had to reach out for them to resend but if not for that I'd give 5 stars!

My kids won’t eat any other nut butter…

My kids won’t eat any other nut butter spead except for Jem’s organic hazelnut spread. It’s so good and they don’t gain weight unlike Nutella and other processed chocolate spreads. And the taste!!!, Absolutely delicious !!!

Great service great product

I love the product- the almond butter …

I love the product- the almond butter doesn't separate like all other brands on the market and it's so delicious!

This product is great

This product is great, delicious. Have given this as gifts too. All who receive just love it too. Shipping is quick and efficient.

DELICIOUS!

Love the ingredients and the flavors…

Love the ingredients and the flavors are top notch. The last jar was more like a thick syrup. It was very thin and runny. Even after refrigeration, not spreadable, just runny.

I would love to have you add a gift giving option. I send gifts that go with no identification to the receiver of the sender.

Great product. Need a gift action.

JEM nut butters are the hands-down best…

JEM nut butters are the hands-down best on the market. My only complaint is they’re shipping is slow…lifeline customer here and big fan.

One of a kind!

Love, love, love your products! I’m constantly sharing your company with friends around the world and have even sent them samples… they can’t believe the incredible quality and flavor! I first discovered your brand a few years ago by chance when my daughter visited Bend, Oregon with a friend and brought home your almond butters from a local farmers market. I’ve been hooked ever since and buy the bulk size tubs because we go through it that fast 😊

yum!

yum!! So good.

Blown away at how good these are…

Blown away at how good these nut butters are! Seeing how clean the ingredients made it a 10/10.

So delicious and healthy that I…

So delicious and healthy that I truthfully can’t stop eating it! I gotta start hiding it from myself. Keep up the great work and I’ll continue to purchase. Thank you for making being healthy so delicious.

I love Jem Butters so much that I…

I love Jem Butters so much that I tracked them down across the country. We order online so that we always have a jar in our pantry shelf. My niggle is that the company sometimes takes a while to fulfill our orders or respond to questions. Definitely worth it though.

the product is great

the product is great, but the shipping cost is too high
