I recently tried JEM Organics Nut Butter and was really impressed. The taste is rich and natural, with high-quality ingredients you can actually recognize. It’s smooth, delicious, and perfect on toast, fruit, or straight from the jar. Definitely one of the best nut butters I’ve tried!

Slow delivery, runny spread

It took over 2 weeks for this to be delivered. The order wasn’t even processed for over a week. The chocolate Hazel nut is way runny. Not really a spread. Unlikely I’ll ever order from them again.

JEM is one of the best Companies that I've had the pleasure to do business with. They are rockstars in their communication, their shipping and their products!! In all of the years I've been buying JEM's Nut Butters, I have NEVER had a broken bottle or a damaged carton. Everything is so securely shipped...my orders have always remained safe until arrival!! I've new to their Naked Almond Butter...it is delicious!! Just like the rest of their Nut Butters!!

I’m extremely frustrated because I have not been able to reach customer service, and they currently have both my shipment and my money. I was in contact with someone, but after that my emails started bouncing back. She told me my shipment would be sent, but now no one is responding.

This cardamom nut butter is absolutely delicious! I love the not too sweet flavor, and the not too thick, not too thin texture, I dip apple slices in it and it’s the best dessert. This is a must have in my pantry now.

I love the products from JEM Organics

I love the products from JEM Organics. The nut butters are genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had, with flavors that are rich, addictive, and even the ones I expected not to like ended up surprising me. The quality is not the issue at all, it’s the reason I keep ordering. The problem is the shipping and fulfillment speed. My most recent order was placed two weeks ago, and even after eight days of a shipping label being created, the package still has not been dropped off… The order before that also took around 14 days to arrive, with a long delay before it was even packed and shipped out. So the pattern has been consistently slow fulfillment rather than a one-off delay. Because of that, the overall experience feels frustrating even though the product itself is excellent. If shipping and dispatch times were faster and more reliable, this would easily be a five-star product for me. As it stands, I still order because the nut butters are that good, but the wait times make the process feel unpredictable and inconvenient, especially if someone is paying for shipping and expecting it to actually speed things up.

Decent product, sometimes responsive

Sometimes I have issues getting the company to respond to my inquiries, but this particular issue someone did respond and look into the situation and correct my subscription. As far as the product, I do wish it was less oily and runny. I got a good batch before this batch where my hazelnut butter was solid with a strong cacao flavor at room temperature. I tried to reorder three weeks later hoping for the same batch, but unfortunately I got the normally runny oily batch. This may be great for drizzling on ice cream, but how much ice cream does one person even eat? I did write to them in the past asking for less oily nut butters and even low-sugar versions of their products, which is one situation where I did not get a reply. I think the pricing might be grandfathered in if you are a long-time subscriber, so that is a nice perk.

I just LOVE this Cashew Cardamom Almond butter. There was a delay due to supply issues, and they responded in a timely fashion. Once it finally came in, they upgraded the shipping so I wouldn’t have to wait longer. Their customer service is always top notch. And the products are always of the highest wuakity.
