I want to help, and I also want to explain what almost always lies behind an "already used" code, because it matters both for you and for anyone reading this. Every code we sell is balance-checked and confirmed valid and unused at the exact moment it is delivered — that check is automatic, and a code cannot leave our system if it isn't live. So when a code later shows as "already used," it was redeemed after it reached you. In the cases we investigate, that happens one of two ways. Either the code was entered on a site that wasn't Apple's official page — scam sites capture the code, drain it in seconds, then display a fake "already used" message — or the code was shared with someone (a "friend," seller, or helper met online) who redeemed it and sent back a fake error screen to buy time. A code only ever redeems safely on Apple's official site (apple.com). Please reach out to me directly through our website with your order details so I can look into your specific case — I can trace exactly when and where your code was redeemed, and if anything went wrong on our end, I will make it right.
