I had a few defective items and I can’t seem to get a return email and contact someone is extremely difficult and I’m in a time crunch. I have been reaching out for a week now. I use jiffy often and love their products but I’m ver disappointed. I don’t mind the defective items. I know things happen but to not be able to contact someone and or get a replacement when needed. That is the let down for me. Won’t be placing my big orders here anymore unfortunately.
