I have been messaging for 2 weeks about an order where the DTF's were printed as if the letters at the bottom were duplicated and triplicated. It was not noticable until printed. I have offered to sent the shirts back that were printed, I have sent pictures and I have requested that this be fixed. Nothing has been done. I reordered because these were school shirts for children going back to school. I do my shirts in an assembly line order where I cut the design and put the shirts in order and then press them. It did not show until the paper was peeled off. You could not see the error before pressing. I have explained that a million times. I am a good customer and order a couple times each month. I would have expected more. Now I had to re order and the re order said it would be here by 8/4 which means I could have still gotten them to the children prior to school starting. Now it is saying 8/11 which is after school starts. This has caused me a lot of issue and business will deminish because of this. I have now paid twice for the ones that I had to have immediately. This has caused me to think I will find another company to print from moving forward.
The delivery and results are excellent! Just a small upgrade is needed for the mobile app to make it even better.
The quick delivery and great results were appreciated, but there was trouble with the mobile app. After editing and rearranging images, the app failed to save the document multiple times, making the process frustrating until it was finally saved.
The graphics came out great - clear and crisp images. No large order restrictions. Easy to iron on with my home iron. Directions to use are online and very easy to follow.

My stickers were wrong material. They sent me new stickers if the exact same wrong material and now I’ve been ghosted. How about you have a real number for people to call.
Tshirts came quick with no mistakes, as usual! I took of one start off because 7 of the DTF prints were unusable and the majority had some type of clear oil on them, which we had to remove before pressing. Hopefully the prints will not fail with time because of the oil-like substance. DTF quality could/should be better since we are pressing these for regular customers of ours.

All my colors were off on the UVDTF stickers I received. Pink instead of orange, lighter shades of blue than the original. And while they were replaced, they still weren’t quite right. I wouldn’t have received another set of replacements in time. Also my DTF prints didn’t print with enough detail even though I’ve ordered them before (in a smaller size) and they were perfect. Disappointed in quality control.

I placed an order on a Friday delivery said expected on Monday. I called Customer Service because I needed to fill an order that Saturday. CS advised they couldn't promise but would try as it was already 3:00pm. Guess what they went above and beyond and got my transfers out to me Saturday afternoon. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
I have enjoyed using Jiffy for all my blanks. Orders come in fairly quick as well considering I'm in the country. I constantly keep coming back hoping for work pants, work shorts...more for men at the moment but I'm sure women is a need as well. In probably a heavy canvas like material.
