The entire DTF order is defective
The entire DTF order is defective, and every print has the same production issue. There are visible white outlines, halos, and small white specks surrounding the text, graphics, and other design elements. These white areas are not part of my original artwork and were not included in the files I submitted. The back of the transfers also has an unusual greenish tint. The adhesive/underbase on the back of DTF transfers I normally receive is white, not green. This discoloration appears consistently across the prints.

Jiffy has always been my go to for shirts and dtf prints. My main reason for staying with Jiffy after several issues was the quick turn around. I used to always get prints within a couple of days. Now it’s taking a week or longer. Most times I have different issues with the quality of the prints. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. It is now affecting my business and I have to find a more reliable vendor with better quality.
