I placed three orders back to back. They were all supposed to come the following day. Each were delayed and all came after when I needed them for, so I paid a ton for three orders that couldn’t even be used. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve never had that issue with Jiffy before. One order being delays, I can understand. However, 3 orders placed the same week being delays was ridiculous. Not sure I’ll order transfers from Jiffy again after this. I wish I could have my money refunded for all 3 orders since I couldn’t use the transfers due to the delayed deliveries.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was missing 2 shirts out of my order but I’ve been a years long fan of Jiffy and the quality, speed and effectiveness of my experience is still amazing. Oh and they are replacing my shirts, it’s still inconvenient.
The quality of the transfers is amazing. The super FAST shipping beats Ninja Transfers and Alldayshirts. I have placed 7 ordered with Jiffy so far. Definitely my go to. Just starting a small business I appreciate the low prices and the fast shipping. ♥️
My order is almost always right and when it’s not there is no issue with getting a refund or replacement. The quality is what I expect for my customers and it comes fairly quick after ordering.
I order transfers and shirts from jiffy pretty regularly. But here lately the delivery time has grown and it’s not due to shipping. It’s either a warehouse delay or other issue. Love the products but speedy delivery when customers need items for event is vital.
I am very disappointed in the transfers I have miss letter on some i have letter that don’t want to stick with the proper heat and time! This round and my last round heat transfers I was disappointed.
