Loyal customer with multiple accounts leaving

I don’t know what’s going on with Jiffy. I don’t know if they’re trying to do AI or what but ever since the design team/sales team and my one on one communicator I have not got one order correct I’m extremely disappointed with Jiffy. I’m sure this is a ploy to save money, but it is not working and I am a religious customer that will be going somewhere else and canceling my account accounts because I had more than one with multiple businesses. Extremely disappointed.
