This was a disaster and a $300 loss for…

This was a disaster and a $300 loss for our school. We ordered the black shirts as we always do from Jiffy and got exactly what we ordered. Then, the disaster hit. For the first time, we ordered transfers to save time for our school fundraiser to heat press. Somehow, even though we expanded the design in the file upload box, we received 80 transfers with arms on them and cutting them off made them uneven and too small for the shirts. We lost the cost of the transfers AND the money we could have made on the fundraiser to help pay for Homecoming dance costs. Had anyone checked, it would have been clear this was not the intended transfer.
