Second chance I gave them considering that maybe it was fluke.
We called/texted as requested when we arrived and went directly to the pick up area. Waited over 20 minutes for a van to arrive. There were also other people there waiting who told me they had already called 15 minutes before for their pick up.

Everything worked just as it should. The staff was helpful and friendly and we were picked up and at our car in record time. Parking was pricy and I wondered about security at the lot during the renovations. We did not see anyone but the driver or notice many cameras.

Used Jiffy for years. Straight forward. I enter, have the prepaid receipt with bar coded scanned to enter the lot and I just park my vehicle. The pickup shuttle is prompt as I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes from the arrival platform at the airport. The shuttle driver drops you off in front of your car and with the same barcode I am let out of the exit and on my way.
