Our experience with Jiffy Park was awesome. When we arrived the entry process was easy. The shuttle driver was ready to leave but he waited for us to park and took us to the airport. When we returned we followed the pickup instructions and within 5 minutes the shuttle was there to drive us back. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend using Jiffy Park.

Jiffy Park Newark is simply the best parking lot for Newark Liberty Airport. It is less than 5 minutes to all terminals and the drivers are fast, courteous, and safe.

Parking lot was clean and very easy to navigate. The drivers were extremely nice and very helpful. I left my car parked at jiffy’s for 5 days. My only recommendation to the customer would be to confirm which terminal you are in when looking for the jiffy shuttle as that can be confusing. Overall the entire process was great and I will be Using them again in the future.

Horrible place to park. Came back from vacation on Saturday 7/2. Got my luggage and called the number 12 times for pick up. There was no one answering the phones. Just a voicemail saying that the mailbox was full.
We were basically strandedwith my family of 6 trying the number over and over. Was going to uber to the lot when my wife saw a van marked Jiffy. I ran across the street to get him. His van was full. The driver said he would be right back and we waited another half hour.
I asked the driver how can a business run without someone answering the phones? He just smiled and shrugged his shoulders. I sent an email to Jiffy and have received no response.

Drivers both on arrival and departure were courteous, professional and helpful. At departure I had a problem paying bill at the gate and the driver on his next run was behind us and directed us to the office to finalize our bill.
The office personnel were also courteous, professional and helpful, explained why bill was higher than expected. Transaction was completed and we were on our way home. Will definitely use Jiffy Airport Parking in the future and refer friends.
