Very satisfied with my experience
Very satisfied with my experience. Shuttles were very timely and drivers were extremely courteous and friendly. Upon my return, my car battery was dead and person in the office came right out to jump start my car without any hesitation. Well run operation and I will definitely use them again.

Great parking lot! Convinient, safe, big, and the girl at the office she was great. They do take Cash and credit card at the machine when you go pay! You scan your barcode and it gives you the option. It’s very close to the airport. I give it a 5 star.

Waited over 30 minutes for a pick up from terminal that is five minutes from the parking lot. I could of walked over faster.

The ride to the airport was quick and no waiting time. However we waited about 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport and while waiting a Jiffy shuttle flew pass us. We were waving our arms and hands, and we were trying to catch the shuttle as it sped pass us. The shuttle looked empty so being full was not the reason, and if that was the case the driver should have stopped to let us know when the next shuttle would arrive. I called numerous times for an ETA before someone answered.

We found the location very convenient to find, parked our car right away and got on the shuttle bus to the airport. On our return trip home the shuttle bus was waiting for us at the airport and took us back to our car, pronto! Plus, the automatic checkout worked really smooth. No surprises!!!

I always use Jiffy. It’s a great place to just park your car and the shuttle service is always on point. My ticket wasn’t working this time but the gentleman inside the booth was able to help me out very quickly with my online reservation and checkout process. These guys are great.

The only issue I had was that when I called at 1:30 am to see where to get on the bus to my car, no one answered. I called three times. A few minutes later, a bus randomly appeared which was great but I was in a panic when no one answered. It’s a little bit confusing to get to, it’s not well lit in the evening but it’s easy, affordable and the bus does drop off and pick up quickly. I also could not find my bar code on the app to scan to get out. There was nothing under any of the links. I had to go back to my emails to find it.

My experience with Jiffy could not have been better. Less than a mile from the Airport. When I dropped my car off the van took me to the airport immediately and when I came back to Newark the van picked us up within ten minutes. Staff was very professional.

It was a great easy experience. The QR code for the reservation was sent directly to my email. The shuttle service was great. We landed at 12am and driver dropped us off right in front of my car. Would definitely recommend!
