Otherwise everything went fine. The wait wasn't too bad to get picked up at terminal B. About 15 minutes after we arrived at pick up location and sent a text.

I went back and forth between three and four stars but landed on four because the only issue we typically have with this lot is pick-ups. We have used this lot several times and that seems to be their achilles heal. We’ve waited so long for pick-up in the past that we just caught a taxi back to the lot. This time was no different. We waited about 30 min even though we’d seen busses for other lots circle back twice. We’re always holding out hope that the next time will be better but they always seem to fall short there. And with their increase in prices this time around we hoped for sure they’d speed it up and we still waited approx 20 min for a pick-up. Other than that the lot is clean and we can always find a pretty good spot when parking and never have had to wait to long to get a shuttle TO the airport which I guess is a plus when you’re trying to get your vacation started.

I had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. Text and calls didn't help. I was literally the last person at the pick up spot from all off-site parking vendors. I almost took a taxi to the parking lot.
Pleasant drivers. Quick service. Very convenient. In all the years I have been parking there I was only disappointed once. Price is no longer the cheapest however. But all prices are going up everywhere
Excellent service. Easy to do. Shuttle fantastic. Ralph came right to my car as jovial to speak with on short ride and than showed me where to get shuttle on my return. I thought it would take a long time to get to airport and back but just minutes!

Very easy to schedule and they have a secure parking lot! I had an unfortunate event where somehow I left my car running in the lot! Someone from the Jiffy team turned my car off and locked it! I cannot thank them enough i’ve never done that sort of thing but I am very thankful that their team noticed and took care of it !! when I arrive a week later I had a note in my car and I really do appreciate them taking care of this!! I do not even want to think about what would’ve happened if I left it in another place! Thank you
Fair pricing, a rewards program, frequent shuttle and easy to use reservation system online combined with easy to use arrival and departure process at the gate. I have been using Jiffy for many years and will next time I travel.
