First time using Jiga. Overall it was a great experience compared to the traditional sourcing process. The platform is great to easily communicate with suppliers, keep controlled documents organized, and its easy to share the information with the rest of the team. We had some issues with customs, the Jiga team was on it from the get go and worked through it to get the parts cleared and also put together a team and process in the event this rare issue happens again. I really appreciated having a responsive single point of contact for assistance and updates. Overall very satisfied.

Great first experience for small steel plate fabrication project

I did a small run of steel plates (laser cutting, threading, powder coating) for a bracket system I'm building, and this was a great first experience with Jiga. The system was mostly intiutive, and the folks there helped me out quite a bit with questions and smoothing the process. The communication with the various bidders on the project was good, and I appreciate the fact that I could talk with them directly. The final product from the chosen vendor was better than I was expecting, and I'll be going back for my next production run. Far, far easier than dealing with a bunch of potential black-box vendors whose communications are poor and history is a mystery - this was a great first experience.
