Ordered a puzzle board, which didn’t arrive. They gave date time of delivery but not the courier name. We have security cameras which do not show anyone delivering anything. Tracking number supports company info, but asks for a payment for more information. Suspected scam.
This seems to be fraud. I ordered a puzzle board and a puzzle and both have supposedly been shipped but not arrived and tracking number is not found!!!!!!!
