I ordered two Items and only recieved one. I called the company and left a message and no response. I then wrote customerservice@jimmyjane.*** two times and still nothing. I gave them time to respond but all I got was an email titled" Thank you for your request." with no response.
The JimmyJane team was informative, thoughtful, and responded very quickly to all correspondence. It feels like the team truly cares about what they do, which is especially important in this industry.

I haven't received it and I sent an email asking about when it would be sent and I got no response 😔 I received my vibrator 2 hours after I wrote this. Yes I like the product. I had one and it died. My favorite though was the one you put two fingers in but I guess they don't make it anymore.
I have replaced our Jimmy Jane Deimos because my wife bugged my brains out to get her a new one, we just wore the other one out. She loves this vibrator it really makes her climax explosive. It provides sensations in just the right place.

My JimmyJane Solis Rabbit warming function went out and I have reached out for help and assistance more than three or four times. I only heard back from them once, to say they would ship out a replacement and I have not heard back from them anymore. I have reached out to check on the status and nothing, in addition, their phone number never works or goes through. Customer Disservice.
I made a purchase and the item is not working. I tried calling and got message that no one is available to take my call and would return in 2 business days. So i emailed them (3/9) and explained situation and have reached out again since then with no response. Customer Service is KEY and if I am going to spend this much money on a product i expect them to stand behind it all the way. No excuse for not responding. I have a strong communication daily with my clients. I have asked for my money back as i do not care to even do business with them at this point.
All 3 vibrators I ordered from here broke within a week. Worked well and were nice while they were usable. Poorly made though, I can see the adhesive on the outside in places where I expect the product would break were I able to use it more.
Shipment arrived quickly. Products are well made and even packaging is of high quality. Very pleased with the products, the transactions, and will purchase from JJ again.
