I reached out to this company for sourcing support after seeing multiple claims that they help small businesses. This is my first product line, so I wanted a reputable partner to connect me with qualified suppliers. Instead, their communication was condescending and unprofessional by addressing me as “dear,” dismissing my production run as a “project,” and ultimately telling me to just use Alibaba or AliExpress. They didn’t provide any real support, and it’s clear they don’t value clients or take small businesses seriously. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want proper guidance and professionalism. This place is not it.

I had the pleasure of working with Della in the last several months for product sourcing on my online business and the experience was excellent. She was able to quickly find several manufacturers for the product I was looking for and provided quotes very early on for standard and customized variations. The whole time she was very responsive, despite the time difference (I'm on US EST), and answered all the questions that I had, and I had a lot haha. Cannot recommend JingSourcing enough. I'm trying to convince my friends to try e-commerce and told them to please go through them first for sourcing products from China, rather slugging it out on their own.
