These people are professional time wasters and useless. They do 1 or 2 searches on alibaba and call it a day, while taking up a week of your time. Don't fall for this piece of s**t company.

First of all, the reviews here are real from our clients, not fake.
Secondly, it’s normal to take a few days for simple projects and several months for complex ones like product development. For our client projects, our purchasing specialist will evaluate the sourcing time first and inform our clients timely. We never leave clients hanging.
Last but not least, we never search for suppliers on Alibaba. Because we have our own local supplier resources. This is an important factor for us to balance the MOQ and price of clients.
In fact, many of our clients have found suppliers on Alibaba before coming to us. They know it's a real drain on energy and money. Jing Sourcing is the number 1 service when it comes to supply of products from China. I just send them a message with what I wanted and they found products that matched my description. In addition they also act fast. I ordered product pictures of the products I wanted to sell and they were ready the very next day.
The final thing that truly makes Jing sourcing af 5 stared service is that some of my products were a bit damaged when they arrived and when I contacted them regarding the issue there were no excuses. They refunded everything right away, and even offered extra refunds and discounts on my next shipment to make up for the lost time I. They even asked me and wanted to hear my thoughts on what could compensate for the damaged products.

I ventured into an Amazon FBA business as a complete NEWB. I had zero experience and using Jing made me so much more confident in the sourcing process.
