JLUXLABEL

Beautiful Dress & Amazing Customer Service

I recently ordered a dress from JLuxLabel and overall had a really good experience. The dress was BEAUTIFUL, photographed so well, and thankfully nobody had my dress or even my color at the event, I got so many compliments and honestly felt amazing in it. My original dress arrived missing a stone detail, which was disappointing because it definitely added to the uniqueness of the dress. However, I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and quickly sent out a replacement. Even though it didn’t arrive before my event, I genuinely appreciated the effort they made to correct the issue. I also really love how unique and elevated their pieces are, and I’m already looking forward to shopping for my next event. My only small downside is the return process and fees. While I understand the policy from a business perspective, sizing can still be tricky sometimes because every dress fits differently depending on fabric and body type — even with size guides and fit recommendations. It would be nice to have a little more flexibility there. Overall though, I still had a positive experience and would definitely order from JLuxLabel again for a special occasion.

I love JLUXLABEL so much. Whenever I have an event or something that I want to look nice for it’s my go to site. I always find something and the quality is always amazing, & for a reasonable price. The rewards system is great too, I’m always able to save some money. I’ve been shopping here for years now.

I love the quality of JLux

I love the quality of JLux! I will always rave about the quality and how the clothes make me feel. Only thing! I wish there was a wider range of inseams/sizing. If everything came in the XL range. Some items stop at Lg. Also, if pants were offered in a different inseams like petite/regular/long. The pants and dresses are soo long. Alterations on top of the price often steer me away completely from items I adore.

I order from JLUXLABEL almost ever month

I order from JLUXLABEL almost every month and every piece that I add to my closet upgrades my wardrobe. I get stopped contantly with inquiries about which brand i am wearing whenever I’m adorned in their clothing. The shipping is exceptional and I’ve never had to reach out to customer service. Everything always fit to perfection. The quality of the material used to make their clothing is top notch. This brand is in a class of its own and I am happy I came across it on Instagram a few years ago.

My Love Affair with JLUXLABEL

Here's a short review for J Lux label based on your experience: "I absolutely love J Lux label! My experience has been fantastic, as I always receive my pieces on time. This brand has become my go-to for my wardrobe, and I consistently receive compliments on everything I wear. Each piece is beautifully made and fits perfectly, true to size. I waited and waited for the stone contour corset and stone pants to restock in my size and as usual I was not let down. I was able to make the purchase and rock the style confidently. I truly appreciate this clothing line and highly recommend it to anyone looking for stylish and high-quality apparel!

Jlux label is prompt with shipping and the packaging is always top tier. I love the pieces I have purchased as they are excellent quality. I’m a short girl, I do wish some of the long dresses came in petite sizes as most of them are too long for me.
