I paid £718 upfront on 20 August 2026 for a two-month job application service. They confirmed in writing it would start on 24 August, but applications didn’t begin until 15 September. I told them in writing that visa sponsorship was essential and I needed around £38,000 or more, yet they applied to roles stating no sponsorship and to a £25,000 role. Their client handler apologised in writing. When I terminated the contract and asked for a refund, I was refused, including by the director, who said the fee is non-refundable. I’ve raised a dispute with my card provider. Get all promises in writing before paying.
Rude director, no sense of customer service
Really misleading company. They just take money for calling on whatsapp. After taking money we need to remind them we had appointment. The owner is really rude, does not have professionalism and speaks hindi in between the conversation. Scam Alert!!
A completely misleading company. They take money in pretext of guaranteeing you at least couple of Interviews, and when nothing happens they just ghost you. Zero accountability! Their so called recruiters apply on your behalf and fake your qualifications and experience and later blame you for not doing well in the interview.
After paying the consultation fees, and being given a very specific date and time frame for the call; the call is as made on WhatsApp, after working hours. When asked on the call about the delay, I was told due to some personal issues they, miss the timeline. Extremely rude, and unprofessional over call.
I did get the refund for the fees I paid but this is just highly unusual.
