Reliable Video Interviewing Platform with Great Support
Overall, our experience on Jobma has been positive. We introduced it for the purpose of simplifying the preliminary stages of hiring and, after some time, we found that the tool was becoming an indispensable part of the hiring process. The user-friendly nature of the platform allows recruiters to easily create interviews and assess responses provided by candidates.
Most of the candidates seem satisfied with their experience with the platform, particularly because they get the opportunity to conduct interviews according to their own schedules. It makes it possible for us to eliminate any difficulties associated with scheduling and to screen candidates without wasting much time.
Moreover, the customer support services have proven to be efficient. Although the platform does not provide all advanced features and analytics we would like, we still find it valuable and worth our time.
