Welcome to your new mindset...
This program has changed the way I think about and look at my business. I'd already had a team of VA's and even some well built out SOPs...I'm not all the way through the course yet but I've already seen so many small ways to improve what I was working on and a few MAJOR ways to implement consistency into the things I wasn't doing (but knew I should). The collective mind of the members is hugely helpful for accountability, support, and advice. I'm inspired, overwhelmed, and thrilled to be a part of the community all at once.
Excellent Mastermind/Academy for Real Estate Investors
This academy has helped me think about my business in a whole different way and helped me with systemizing key elements of my business. It covers almost everything in real estate from A to Z. Below are some things that I can quickly list with regards to how being a part of this academy has helped my business. 1. Intro to video recording software 2. Documenting SOPs 3. List Management 4. Brainstorming new ideas about recycling marketing. Talking with the other investors in the group helped me figure things out. I have to be honest and say that I still have a way to go to systemize my business but I will get there slowly but surely. It just takes time and effort and working through things. Dan Schwartz, the CEO of the Academy, is the man!!

From one deal to fifty in 9 months!!!
Dan and his team helped us scale from one deal to fifty deals in 9 months. We came to him after our first deal closed and told him we wanted to be the number one wholesaler in the country. Instead of telling us we were crazy, he started helping us build the systems to achieve our goal. With his mentorship, we scaled from a group of friends, to a company with double digit team members. The only thing you need to completely run your real estate business
I’ve been a part of the 80/20 mastermind group for about 6 months now and it has everything I need to completely scale my business. With all of the “coaches” that do weekly calls and the Academy courses that have everything you’ll ever need to learn to run a successful real estate business, it has shifted my mindset from working IN my business to someone who is working ON my business and I will reach my goal this year because of it!

Big impact!! Dan and the 80 20 team had a huge impact on our company. We were side hustlers doing just a few deals a month. Once we started implementing the teachings Dan puts out there we made rapid change and quickly scaled our company. Definitely recommend.

Investor Academy has been a blessing to my real estate investing business. Before joining the Academy I was mostly a one man show wearing every single hat in the business with no real sense of directions to get out of the rat rate. Dan and the Team were just amazing in helping get my systems out of my head and onto pen and paper. Thanks to the Academy I have been able to connect with other top-notch Investors who I can learn from and brainstorm with to put me systems in place. The training modules are great because they are specifically broken down in detail to help with creating all your processes and to help systemize your business.
