The pharmacy has confirmed that your medication met its validated stability requirements and was safe for use. When requested, we also provided the dispensing pharmacy information and explained the beyond-use dating and shipping validation. While we understand that you disagree with the pharmacy's conclusions, we have shared all of the information provided to us and are unable to offer a different resolution. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have difficulty connecting for your scheduled phone appointments. We made three separate attempts to contact you at different times so one of our nurses could check in regarding your progress, response to treatment, and ongoing goals. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. Because we were not able to complete the necessary follow-up assessment, we could not provide the close clinical monitoring required for safe GLP-1 therapy. As a result, our medical team was not comfortable prescribing another 12 weeks of medication without first speaking with you. Additionally, our providers make prescribing decisions based on established medical protocols and patient safety. Your renewal request was reviewed carefully, and your eligibility was determined based on those clinical guidelines. We appreciate the opportunity to have been part of your health journey and wish you all the best moving forward.

Our medication is shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs and has undergone stability testing to ensure it remains safe and effective during normal shipping conditions. While the ice packs may melt during transit, this does not necessarily mean the medication has been compromised. Based on the pharmacy's validated stability data, the medication remains safe to use when delivered within the expected shipping timeframe.

Your pharmacy also provides an extended beyond-use date (BUD) based on validated stability testing, which is why you may have noticed a different BUD on previous vials. While the labeling may look different between pharmacy partners, it does not necessarily mean the medication has a shorter validated shelf life.
