Received item 8:30 pm - July 6 - in Oklahoma - 91degrees outside - ice pack not only melted but HOT, vial checked inside the medicine bottle - HOT to the touch. Heat over 86 degrees denatured medication making it ineffective and it happens rapidly. I still put in fridge immediately but looked at it this morning and it’s cloudy.Contacted customer care and was told all science about this med is wrong and that the medicine is still valid and not compromised. Will be disputing this purchase with my card.

Regarding the temperature of your shipment, your medication is still safe to use. It is shipped in an insulated package with ice packs, and the pharmacy has validated its stability during normal shipping conditions. A melted ice pack or a warm package does not necessarily mean the medication has lost its safety or effectiveness.

The process was very easy...
The process was very easy to get approved. Any and all questions I've had have been promptly addressed and answered. The processing and shipping time have been lightning fast! I have tried other companies to "price shop" only to be disappointed with slow processing time and a slew of attempts to upsell before even shipping any products. I believe Bliv is a great value, the medication has worked wonderfully and I feel that I can trust the products and service. I will be sticking with them for all my GLP -1 treatments. I only wish they expanded into other products like peptides as I expand my wellness journey.

Impressed with the pricing. The ordering process went smoothly and the delivery was quick. After the Doctor approved an prescription my order was delivered after that maybe 3 days tops 4. Customer service does answer quickly but only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they stated the pharmacy will only provide 8-10 syringes with your order and my order of course is a 12 week regimen. I was disappointed that they didn't give enough supplies for the full 12 weeks. I was advised to buy more at Amazon. That is fine except already spending the amount of money I did I shouldn't have to order elsewhere.
I am on my second week and started having no food noise and little appetite within 3 days of taking my 1st injection.
I can see myself ordering again from Bliv.

My medicine arrived but the ice pack was no longer cold. Hopefully the medicine still works and is effective. You may want to look into a different carrier.
