I’ve been with found a year now. It’s easy to get your prescription. Even tho anyone can prescribe Zepbound I like the online telemedicine version. You can be at work and see them. I started at 290lbs and as of today I am 250. Over 120 lbs loss. Feel better than I ever have thanks to Zepbound.
The company truly care about it's users and their experiences. They will work with you if you have life issues going on, or on the medication/doses aren't a right fit.

Currently dealing with overcharging issue. Have reached out and of course it isn't being handled by the same individual, seems to be passed along to a new "person". Why am I paying for a product if I'm not receiving said product? They need to really evaluate their communication, subscription details, options for shipment frequency and more. Have requested a refund for one of the charges thrice.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Found. I was charged four payments of $300, totaling $1,200, but received only two vials of medication. As a result, I paid approximately $600 for medication that I believed was included in my subscription but never received. I was microdosing under the direction of one of Found’s practitioners, so each vial lasted longer than the standard schedule. At no point was I clearly told that subscription charges would continue even when I was not ready or able to request another vial. I was also never advised to pause or adjust my subscription. I have since been told that the window for receiving the remaining vials has closed, even though my slower medication use was medically directed. I also reported a red, hot, swollen reaction at the injection site and was told that a practitioner would contact me. That follow-up never happened. Found has now cancelled my account, leaving me unable to obtain proper follow-up from the practitioner who was overseeing my treatment. The company has publicly responded to my complaint here and repeatedly asked for my information, but has provided no clear or secure way to submit it and no named contact who will take responsibility for resolving the situation. Found already has my account information. If the company genuinely wants to make this right, it should provide the name and direct contact information of someone authorized to help. I am not asking for free medication or additional services. I am asking Found either to provide the medication associated with the payments it collected or refund me for what I did not receive. There appears to be a serious disconnect between Found’s practitioners, subscription system, billing department, and customer service. The responses I have received have been generic and have failed to address the central issue. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering Found to carefully review its billing and medication-delivery policies—especially if you are taking a lower dose, need to pause treatment, experience side effects, or cannot complete check-ins according to the company’s schedule. I joined Found expecting coordinated medical care and support. Instead, I have felt dismissed, financially taken advantage of, and left without appropriate medical follow-up.

Well worth it if you’re willing to commit to a lifestyle change. Fantastic springboard. I lost 50 pounds and was able to regain several important parts of my life because of it. You still have to do the work. You still have to make the changes. But it’s not insurmountable with Found support.

My provider went out of their way to appeal my insurance denial for coverage. I have been on Mounjaro for 6 months. I changed employment and I have new insurance. Then the new company denied coverage. It was very stressful for me. I am 58 years old. I started at 210 and I am at 175 now. None of dieting/fasting worked for 25+ years. I am not at goal weight.
