Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the wonderful variety of creative, premium crafting materials, emphasizing that every single item matches online descriptions and arrives securely packed in stunning, carefully prepared presentation boxes. Furthermore, loyal buyers deeply appreciate the remarkably affordable prices, wonderful seasonal sales, and impressively prompt shipping services, establishing this business as a highly favored destination for passionate stationery lovers everywhere. However, some people mentioned that international shipping times could occasionally run a little bit longer than expected, or that exterior packaging might be improved to better protect delicate items during transit.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I ordered a Gothic themed surprise box. It arrived much more quickly than expected. It was packed full of papers, washi tapes and stickers. Excellent value for money, I wouldn't hesitate to order another themed box if one caught my eye.
Items are such great quality and the prices are great also. They came packed very nicely in a box. I will definitely be using them again.
Journalsay has a wonderful website and all the items I ordered looked just like what was on the website. I love all the items I ordered and am thoroughly enjoying them as I journal. The prices are also reasonable and the stickers are very good quality. Also it didn’t take forever to get the order. Thank you!!!
The product quality was great! Loved the stickers and everything came packed with care for this mystery box. Did not disappoint.
Loved all the items I ordered. As usual, the quality of the products met my expectations. Satisfied with my purchases.
Good quality products and very nice packaging.
Love their products, selection and quality of stickers
High quality experience in every aspect ! I especially love the Journalsay branded products, the print quality is stunning!
Super customer service with fast response. Detailed product pages. Delivery in short time. Journalsay's own products are creative and look great! Could you please let us order to parcel pickup points instead of home delivery? The delivery companies are disaster, especially iMile, redirecting does not work, and they inform about the delivery on the same day. (that was the reason of -1 star)
Easy of ordering and the quality of the products is remarkable! As someone new to journaling, it is super helpful to a starter box and build from there.
I love getting my Journal Say boxes. Even when I didn't receive some things in my boxes or had extra items I always was answered quickly and kindly. And they shipped me my missing items and was understanding with extra item. Their products are great. I haven't had any problems with them. I enjoy scrapbooking and art journaling with their products. I got their Autumn mystery box (first mystery box from them) and was so happy and excited when I opened it and looked at all the products. Definitely worth the $59!!! 😁😊☺️😍 I am a very happy customer of Journal Say and will keep buying from them. Aaron and customer service are very kind and helpfu. ☺️
I loved everything! It was on time and complete. I really like your brand. Thank you🩷🎀
At first, I was a little nervous and confused about ordering from a new company, but I quickly received an email reassuring me that my order was fine and was on its way. Because of the company’s response, I sent in another order. Both orders came at appropriate times. Every item was in the boxes, and I was pleased with everything. I like the fact that Journalsay breaks up larger packages so I can order only a portion of the item listed. This makes things more affordable, plus it allows me the freedom to purchase a bigger variety of items. I am very happy with Journalsay and am looking forward to ordering more things from this company. Thank you, Journalsay!
All great quality, nicely boxed, was like opening a Christmas present!! Very happy with my purchases. Well definitely buy from again.

Great experience shopping on the site, and the user interface is on point. It made selecting my products easy. I'm a website builder and UX designer, so this caught my attention in the first glance. Also, I love the exceptional sales.
