Great purchase

Overall, we really do love our Jumpzylla trampoline. It has been a great addition for our family, and the kids have been enjoying it a lot! I did want to share a couple of concerns, though. the trampoline has been quite squeaky whenever someone is jumping on it. I heard that can be normal but it’s been two months and still super squeaky. Also the material over the springs has already torn in two different areas, Which I think shouldn’t happen since it’s only 2 months old. I was surprised to see it wear out so quickly. Other than those issues, we’ve been very happy with the trampoline. The kids have been using it daily. I have been on there a few times myself and the bounce is good! product is great and support is even better

while the product is great and our family is really enjoying it, I cant speak highly enough about the customer service and support. after owning it for 2 weeks, we had a high wind storm come though and damage some of the safety poles, after talking with support, we are just waiting on the replacments to show-up and we will be back to new. i really want to praise the company for putting the customer front and center and doing more than expected to make us happy

We couldn't be happier with our Jumpzylla trampoline! The quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy and safe. Assembly was much easier than we expected, and all the parts fit together well. The safety enclosure gives us peace of mind, and the bounce is fantastic. Our family has been using it every day, and it's quickly become everyone's favorite outdoor activity. It has been a great way to get the kids outside, active, and away from screens. For the price, the value is hard to beat. If you're looking for a well-built trampoline that's fun, safe, and worth the money, I would definitely recommend Jumpzylla!

I am very pleased with my purchase. It was super easy to put together and not to mention the quality of all the components. Very safe for younger children. Received in a timely manner. I will be purchasing another one for my grandchildren in December.

Great affordable trampoline that was easy to set up. My kids love it and so far, seems to be withstanding the wear and tear from two kids plus friends jumping.

my whole family loves it!

I bought the Jumpzylla 12ft trampoline in the pink color. It was easy to put together, Took less than an hour with 2 people. Its sturdy and so fun to jump on! My whole family loves it!!

Sturdy net and weight capacity but wobbly frame

The trampoline was easy to put together and allows the three of us to jump and play together. The net is sturdy and has already prevented some spills. The only thing that made me rate 4/5 was the stability of the legs and how the net poles attach. The legs are wobbly so when more weight is on one side of the trampoline it leans in that direction and the legs slightly tilt which was slightly concerning. The net poles don’t stay very snug to the frame no matter how tightly the bolts are turned so we’ve had to re-tighten them and the leg bolts a couple times. Overall even with those issues it has held up great so far and has been tons of fun for family and friends!

Very disappointed

I got trampoline in timly manner,it was easy to assemble and my son loved it.We only had it for a 1 1/2 months before it blew away in the wind,the trampoline is destroyed.I was only sent 5 little stakes to hold trampoline in ground and that didn’t work.I am out 500.00 dollars and son is very disappointed.I tried getting phone number to talk with someone about this and only got a response about parts.The trampoline is destroyed.

I can confidently suggest purchasing a trampoline from Jumpzylla. It is really well built, easy to put together, and really safe with it's safety netting. My grandson uses it constantly and we could not be happier. One of the best presents we have given him!!!
