Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently praise the high quality of the products, noting that the lenses look very natural and feel extremely soft and comfortable during daily wear. Reviewers consistently note the exceptional customer service, describing the support team as professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any issues. Some people were dissatisfied with the delivery process, mentioning that packages occasionally take much longer than expected to arrive or lack clear tracking updates. However, a small group of reviewers also noted that certain lens colors looked different in person or did not fit their eyes comfortably.

I have been a customer for quite some time (around 2 years+), and I've never had a problem with any my orders. Considering how far away they are coming from (I am in Canada), they always arrive in a timely fashion, and are easy for me to track. I've found that these contacts are the most colorful (for dark brown eyes)and comfortable around. They are also reasonably priced! I highly recommend justforKira! :)

I was hesitant about ordering lenses online, but Just4kira exceeded my expectations. The package arrived exactly on time, and I appreciated that the tracking info was always updated so I knew exactly where my order was. The lenses themselves are very high quality, soft on the eyes, and the colors are stunning. I’ve already received so many compliments!

What a great experience with just4kira. Saw an ad on instagram and trusted my instincts to buy the lens. They were great at communicating with me when there was shipping delay(due to Canada post, not the company’s fault) and the lens looks so good and natural. I will definitely be buying more. Highly recommend!

I bought something based on YouTube videos, and it's been over a month and I still haven't received the product in Chile. I've given up on buying from the website, since I haven't received a response to my Instagram direct message either. It's a shame, because I thought it was a reliable brand. :(

There was apparently a clerical error with my order and I wrote a review based on that. The company reached out to me immediately and made it right. Awesome customer service, fast and efficient. I appreciate them reaching out and fixing the issue promptly. Product packaged very well and secure. Contacts are really comfortable. I would repurchase from them just from the customer service alone. Thank you Just4kira!
