Customer service is nonexistent
I accidentally hit the 35% off button and somehow ordered a second sweatshirt. I have contacted the company numerous times via email to their customer service address and have never had a response. There is no phone number to contact them and the only way is through email. The only response I've ever received is from a chatbot with a cute name but is completely useless. I am afraid that once the sweatshirt is produced I will own it.

Fabulous products, great service
I’ve ordered four sweatshirts and two caps - have received the first two sweatshirts and they’re lovely - I’m so happy! I’m sure my kids will love their personalized holiday gifts this year. I’ll have to treat myself to one too! Customer service was outstanding when I had questions. Response time was very fast. I’m so impressed!
